でもここで言っているのはタイ王国。


何というか空気がゆるくて居心地が良い。
ひょっとして生まれる国を間違えたかな・・・と思うくらい。
第3のふるさとだと思っています。

ウチの取引工場に関しては品質、納期共に素晴らしい！


とても信頼できるお取引先なのですが、
とにかく値段が高くて・・・


人件費が原因なのかなぁ。
中国で生産するよりはっきりと高い。

まぁタイに関してお話したいことは色々あるんですけど、
今日は釣りの話。


バンコク近郊に釣り堀があります。

この釣り堀の売りは、
巨大なメコンオオナマズが
ものすごくお手軽に釣れること。

基本20㎏まではガイド

「オーッちっちゃ～い、ベイビー」

って言われてしまいます。


30キロ以上でアベレージ。
なんでも120kg以上あるモンスターも潜んでいるとか。

ちなみに100kg以上は重くてランディングできないので、
水に入って記念撮影するらしい。


水の濁り具合考えると・・・
大きいの釣れなくて良かった。

あんな水に入ったら病気になるわ。

I really love Tai.


Not the fish.
Though I love Tai fish as well. (Red sea bream is called Tai in Japan)

But I am talking about Thailand now.


How can I put it, the air is lax so feel really good for me.
As I think I may be was born in wrong country.
I suppose it's my third home town.

Too much home town, don't blame me!


Of course I also come due to business, some of our products are also produced in Thailand.

I don't know about other factories, but the factory we are trading with, both quality and delivery time are amazing!


It is a very reliable supplier, but the price is expensive anyway...


I wonder because of labor cost.
It is clearly higher than manufacturing in China.

Well, there are a lot of things I would like to talk about Thailand, but today is story about fishing.


There is a fish pond near Bangkok.

The selling point of this fishing pond is it's able to easily catch huge Mekong giant catfish.

It's like a good method to training waist.

The guide will say

"Wow, it's small, baby fish"

If it‘s 20kg.


Average is over 30kg.
They say there are 120kg monster fish that hiding under there.

By the way, over 100kg fish is heavy therefore it can't be landed. So look like they come down the water to take photos.


Thinking about the turbidity of the water... It was good not to fishing big.

I will get sick if I enter such water.

Our employees who arm pillows on catfish, it will get stinky, stop it!

うちの会社は大人の会社なので、
そういう子供みたいな質問は受け付けません。


私の大好きな某漫画の中間管理職いわく

「大人は質問に答えたりしない」

そうですので・・・

If I were to say, because children like play sword fight or more like they like hitting by cylinder shape objects.
(It's sound dangerous but what can I say they're just children. Though for adult it's police job.)

アクアマリンふくしま | Aquamarine Fukushima

仕事柄、というか個人的に好きなので
どこかに行ったとき、
近くに水族館があれば必ず訪れます。

大体平均して一か月に１～２か所くらいですかね。


今回は『アクアマリンふくしま』さんにお邪魔しました。

約10年振りでしょうか・・・


こちらの施設は
2011年3月の地震でほぼ全ての魚を失ってしまったそうですが、
それを全く感じさせない
量、質ともに素晴らしい施設でした。


日本全国どちらの水族館もだいたい

地元の海（ちょっと地味）
南の海（カラフル）　
海獣（イルカ等含む、子供に大人気）
セールスポイントとなる展示（クラゲであったりペンギンであったり）
特別展示（期間限定だったりします）

という感じの構成に
北の海や深海、アマゾンの魚などの要素で
構成されているケースがほとんどです。


展示内容が多岐にわたるため
すべての展示にまんべんなく力が注がれていることは少ないのですが、
こちらの施設は
すべての展示から熱意が感じられ、
2時間以上も長居してしまいました。
（チョイチョイ行っているので、正直に言うと
早いところでは30分くらいで出てきてしまいます）


やはりどのようなお仕事でも同じかと思いますが、
その仕事に注がれた熱の量が
人を引き付けるのかなと思った次第です。


見習わなければいけませんね・・・

実は一番気に入ったのはダンゴウオ(●´д`●)

My job or perhaps I should say it's just personal hobby so when I go somewhere, if there is an aquarium nearby I will definitely visit.

On average 1 or 2 places per month.

This time I spent my time at Aquamarine Fukushima.
It has been around for 10 years since the last time I visited this place.

This institution seemed to lost almost all fish due to the earthquake of March 2011
However I can even feel that damage, all quantity and quality of this institution is superb wonderful.


All of Japan's aquariums have same programs like

Locally ocean (a bit plain)
South sea (colorful)
Marine animals (including dolphins etc., popular with children)
Exhibitions can be well-sale (such as jellyfish or penguins)
Special exhibition (It will be time limited)

They all organize programs consist of elements such as the northern sea, deep sea, Amazon's fish...



Because of the diversity of the exhibitions content
so they can put all effort in every exhibition
but I can felt enthusiastic from exhibitions of this institution and stayed for over 2 hours.
(I often go there, so to be honest I took me at least 30 minutes if it fast)


After all I think every business is same,
the amount of enthusiasm you poured into that work would draw people to observe your effort.

We have to follow up this attitude.

ウナギ目アナゴ科の属するおさかなですが、
ここでは生態や分布などは割愛。

死ぬまでに一度は

『氷上の穴釣り』

というのを経験してみたいと思っていたのですが、
昨年、群馬県某所にて一応経験しました。


一応というのは
5時間ほど頑張ってみたものの1匹も釣れなかったので、
あれが釣りだったのか、
はたまた氷上の我慢大会だったのか
いま一つ自信がないためです。


『氷上の穴釣り』がしたいの、
氷の上に座っていたいわけじゃないの！


後日調べてみると
昨年伺った場所は日本でも随一のワカサギの難所だったらしい。


そりゃ素人には無理だわ。


で、Google先生協力のもとシコシコと調べた結果、
福島県檜原湖が熱いらしい！


行ってきました雪の中を
300km以上走って！


さすが福島のワカサギは
素人のおじさんにも優しかった。

それなりにお土産を持たせてもらえて
おじさん大満足です。

いや、もっと釣れましたよ、これが全部じゃないです

湖の上に仮設の小屋があり
その中で釣りができるので
雪や風が避けられてとても快適。

小屋の中で食べたカップヌードルは
マイ人生NO.1のお味でした。


ちなみに氷上の小屋までは
スノーモービルで送迎してくれる、
おもてなし精神にあふれた施設だったのですが、
吹雪の中、そのスノーモービルを待っている5分くらいで
生命の危機を感じました。

私ではありません、施設の方

あそこに30分立っていたら
死んだおじいちゃんに会えそうでした・・・

ヤバイヤバイ(lllﾟДﾟ)ﾉ

I want to try "hole fishing on ice" once before I died, but for the time being I had a opportunity to experience at a certain place in Gunma last year.



For the first being I mean I tried really hard for about 5 hours but I couldn't catch a single one, so I'm not sure it's fishing or not, and this may be a patient tournament then I'm lost confident in this.

I want to do "hole fishing on ice", not just sit on the ice!


When I look it up later, the place I fished last year seems to be the hardest place to fishing the Smelt fish in Japan.

Well it's definitely impossible for an amateur.


As a result of examining under the cooperation of Professor GOOGLE, it seems that Fukushima prefecture Hibara Lake is hot spot!


I went there by driving more than 300 km in the snow!

As expected an amateur old-man could easy to catch a Fukushima's smelt fish as well.
This old man was quite satisfied to bring this souvenir back.

 I caught more than this,

not only that, there are temporary tents on the lake, so you can stay in there to avoid snow and wind while fishing. It was really comfortable.
The cup noodle that I ate in the tent was the No.1 taste in whole life.


By the way, they take care of transportation to the Hibara's tent place by snowmobile. This institution was full of hospitality but I definitely felt crisis of life in 5 minutes waiting for the snowmobile in the snowstorm.

変形ロボット | Transforming robot

うちの会社、
実はある筋では結構有名な会社です！<(｀^´)>


その筋とは
パチモンの変形ロボット界 ○|￣|＿　


そんな筋あるか！
という突っ込みもおありかと思いますが、
お好きな方々が結構いらっしゃって
随分と助けていただいております。


例えばですが、
某社のト〇ンスフ〇ーマーや
某社の戦〇シリーズのロボットが大輪のひまわりなら、
当社の変形ロボットは野に咲くカスミソウ。

いや綺麗に例えすぎました、
便所の裏の苔です。


思い返せばうちの父も
色々な物を変形させてきました・・・

自動車、昆虫、動物、飛行機は言うに及ばず、
トカゲ、ヘビ、ピストルにピンボール、
携帯オーディオにカメラまで。


開発中の商品を見て、子供心に
「お父さん、それ変形しなくても良いんじゃ・・・」
と思ったものです。


三つ子の魂百までとはよく言ったもので、
未だにウチは変形ロボを作っています。

「おらぁワクワクしてきたぞ」
となりますが、
いかんせん凄まじく高額になるその開発費用の為、
当社のような苔会社には
数年に一度のイベントになっております。

However, I have pretty amount of customers who love it and that really help me a lot.


For example, famous transformer robot from big company is like big bloomed sunflower,
Our transformer is like gysophila.

Wow, it's too good to be true, isn't it.
Nah, it's actually more like moss behind the toilet.


And I recalled that my father had transformed various product as well.
I mean everything.

Don't need to mention about cars, insects, animals and planes but even lizard, snake,
mobile audio and camera, pinball machine ….



I remember when I still was a child, I looked at the developing product at that time and thought "I don't think it need to transform as well, dad".


But you know they always said a leopard cannot change its spots so even now we're still making transforming robot.


For now, we're working on these products.

I talked to my father on the other day. Despite my excitement and the fact making transforming robot is totally amusing job.
The product development cost is awfully expensive for a moss rank company like us.
Therefore it's kind of an event happens once in several years.
