『海玉』です。

中から海の仲間が出てきます！


正直あまり精度が高いマスコットは作れません。

というか小さいときはそれなりに精度が高いのですが、
大きくなるとブヨブヨした、
ちょい気持ち悪い感じに。

縮むとかわいいんです

でも消費者の方からお問い合わせをいただいたりします。

「一緒におふろに入っても良いですか？」

いや別に構わないけど・・・なんで？


何にしても可愛がっていただくのはありがたい話です。

At the time I still barely knew about this business.
(I properly understand it myself that still I don't have much knowledge at this moment as well)
I developed this product without deep consideration but the sales result was great.
The item led us to aquarium business, it is "Umitama"

Put the egg into water and wait for 72-120 hours and then marine friends will come out!

Honestly, we couldn't make a good shape mascot at all.

Or more precisely, it has a nice figure when it's still small but the more it become big the mushier it's.
A little bit gross.

However, I got some question like this from consumers "Can I take a bath with it?"


Well, I don't mind that but... Why?


No matter what, I'm happy that they love it.

They are all quite best-selling!


Therefore, this year we are going to release new marine friend egg. Continue on tomorrow.

おたる水族館 | Otaru Aquarium

『おたる水族館』さんを訪れました。


一般的に水族館は夏向きの施設と思われがちですが、
冬の水族館も趣きがあって大好きです。


特にこちらの水族館には冬ならではの

『ペンギンの雪中散歩』

というイベントがあり、
ペンギンをかなりの至近距離から観察できます。

ジェンツーペンギンがヨタヨタと

また

『凍るどぷーる』

という、氷からアザラシが顔を出す展示もあります。

今回は結氷しておらず普通のアザラシプールでしたが、
元気一杯に泳ぎ回るアザラシの姿に癒されました。


館内は、規模は小さめながらも地域性の高い
北海道の魚の展示に大きくスペースが割かれており、
とても楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

カレイにソイ、マス、いやぁどの水槽も・・・・
とにかく 美味そうで

I visited Otaru Aquarium.


Generally everybody would think aquarium is belong with summer but I also love its unique charm in winter.


Especially this aquarium in winter has an event called

"Penguin walk in the snow"

that you can observe penguins from a very close range.

Penguins are all around

They also have exhibit called

"Frozen pool"

where you can seals come out under the ice.
This time that place wasn't frozen so they operated in a normal seal pool, but it was healed my heart when watching the seals swum around energetically.


Inside the building, there is a high localism exhibition of Hokkaido's fish through the space is small, therefore, I was able to have a very good time.

If you are a Sampei fan then you should know Sakhalin taimen

righteye flounders, rockfish and masu salmon in all water tank.
Anyway they looks really delicious.


The snow-covered aquarium, how about visit it for once?

Snailfish is quite unusual, isn't it?
