やはり一部の工場の社長もその点を理解していて、
給料上げたり、レクリエーション充実させたり、残業を減らしたりと
色々と手を打ってはいるのですが、
それでも正月休み明けに毎年繰り返される
「今年は全然工員が帰ってこないから納期を延ばして欲しい」
中国の工員の方、
毎年2月ごろにお正月休みが1か月ほどあるのですが、
このお休みが終わると
結構な数が元の工場に復職しないで
新たな職場に移動します。
地元に帰った時に友人、知人と顔を合わせて
情報交換するらしいですよ。
やれA工場は休みが多いの、
B工場は仕事がきついの・・・
で、その情報に基づいて
休み明けに心機一転、新たな職場でスタート!
ひどい工場になると100人の工員が
休み明けに5人しか帰ってこなかったとか・・・
工員の問題だけではなく
環境問題がさらに追い打ちをかけます。
当然良いことではありませんが、
一昔前の工場では、排水、排気は無制限に垂れ流し、
ゴミも満足に処理せずに空き地に山積み・・・
コケミドロのような緑色の川に目に染みるスモッグ。
あちらこちらにゴミの山。
おいおいコレ大丈夫かよ?
と、ほかの国ながら心配になったものです。
やっぱり大丈夫じゃなかったらしく、
今では排水、排気にゴミの処理、
どれ一つとっても気を抜けるところはなく
「誰か俺の工場買ってくれよ、もうやってられねぇよ」
と、ボヤく工場の社長があちらこちらにいるのも頷けます。

As expected some factory's president have understood that point as well
So they try all they can do such as raising salary, accomplishing recreation, reducing overtime work.
But it is still repeated every year after New Year holidays.
"Workers don't come back at all this year so I want to delay delivery time"
For Chinese workers, New Year's holiday is around February every year therefore they always take break for a month.
And when this holiday is over, a pretty number of worker don't come back to their former factory but transfer to new workplace.
It seems that that exchange information with friends and acquaintances when they return home.
Something like Factory A has a lot of day off or factory B's job is really hard...
Based on that information they decide to turning over new leaf, a fresh start at new workplace!
Example at a bad factory, only 5 workers returned per 100 people after the holiday.
Not only worker is problem but environment issue is add insult to injury.
Obviously it's not a good thing.
But in a long ago, the factories still could drip wastewater and exhaust without limit; threw untreated garbage as much as they like; green river that immersed in your eyes like a picture of hell.
Piles of trash in all over place.
Hey, hey! Is this all right?
Even it is not my country, I worried about it much.
After all it seems that it wasn't okay at all.
Nowadays, treatment of wastewater, exhaust and garbage is cared and managed tighter.
"Somebody takeover my factory please, I can't do it anymore"
I understand that a lot of factory's owners are grumbled.
